Shipping
✔Free shipping for orders over $79, shipping is charged for orders under $79.
Delivery time takes about 1 to 3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. (Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are not included in the delivery date.)
✔If the order quantity increases, we will notify you in advance and contact you separately.
✔In the case of bundled shipment, if there are delayed products, they will be shipped in batches. If you do not want to ship in batches, please contact customer service or the bulletin board and we will help you confirm. Please understand that you will be responsible for the shipping cost of changing your mind, exchange or return due to pre-shipment.
✔If the return is caused by wrong address or loss of contact, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping cost.
✔The recipient name entered when placing an order must be consistent with the actual recipient name. If payment is not made within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
✔It will be shipped by UPS/FEDEX express, and you can check the shipping track in "Order".
* The shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to an invalid address, the customs clearance procedures or other causes.
*For Express Shipping: Possible tariffs and other possible related costs are borne by the customers
ABOUT TAX
Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, TWEE cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.
